2 cups greens (spinach or kale)
2 cups grapes
1 inch ginger
1 cup pineapple
1 orange
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
You can sprinkle chia seeds on top of the finished smoothie for an added crunch. You may also mix it in while blending but keep in mind that chia will thicken the smoothie as it soaks up liquids. But if you like to sip and chew your smoothie try it out:)
