YES!! We’re almost two weeks into the green smoothie challenge and officially halfway there. If you’ve been following along, great job. You’ve been doing amazing so far, and I hope you’re feeling just as good as this challenge is meant to make you feel.

Below is the shopping list for Week 3 from Simple Green Smoothies, shared early so you can plan your grocery run over the weekend.

Fruits

  • 4 apples
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 6 pears
  • 1 pineapple
  • 6 bananas
  • 1 bag of grapes

Veggies

  • 1 bag fresh spinach (10 oz)
  • 1 bag fresh romaine lettuce (or one head of romaine)
  • 1 bundle fresh mint
  • 2 carrots

Other

  • Ginger root
  • Coconut milk, unsweetened
  • Coconut water
  • Almond milk, unsweetened
  • Cacao powder (raw preferred, maca powder can also be used)
  • Almond butter (raw preferred)

Optional (but recommended)

  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Cardamom
