YES!! We’re almost two weeks into the green smoothie challenge and officially halfway there. If you’ve been following along, great job. You’ve been doing amazing so far, and I hope you’re feeling just as good as this challenge is meant to make you feel.
Below is the shopping list for Week 3 from Simple Green Smoothies, shared early so you can plan your grocery run over the weekend.
Fruits
- 4 apples
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 6 pears
- 1 pineapple
- 6 bananas
- 1 bag of grapes
Veggies
- 1 bag fresh spinach (10 oz)
- 1 bag fresh romaine lettuce (or one head of romaine)
- 1 bundle fresh mint
- 2 carrots
Other
- Ginger root
- Coconut milk, unsweetened
- Coconut water
- Almond milk, unsweetened
- Cacao powder (raw preferred, maca powder can also be used)
- Almond butter (raw preferred)
Optional (but recommended)
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Cardamom
