YES!! We are almost two weeks in with this green smoothie challenge – halfway there! If you’re following this challenge, you have been amazing so far and hope you are feeling awesome too. Here’s the shopping list for week 3 from Simple Green Smoothies– posting early enough to shop over the weekend.

FRUITS:
4 apples
4 medjool dates (pitted)
6 pears
1 pineapple
6 bananas
1 bag grapes

VEGGIES: 
1 bag spinach, fresh (10 ounces)
1 bag romaine, fresh (or a head of romaine)
1 bundle mint, fresh
2 carrots

OTHER:
ginger root
coconut milk, unsweetened 
coconut water
almond milk, unsweetened
cacao powder – raw preferable. Can also use maca powder.
almond butter- raw preferable.

OPTIONAL (yet recommended!):
cinnamon
nutmeg
cardamom
