We will use fruits with low sugar this week,So more greens and less sugar:)
FRUITS:
  • 18 ounces raspberries                                 
  • 8 ounces strawberries
  • 6 ounces blueberries
  • 3 granny smith apples
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 pear

VEGGIES: (you can use any leafy greens)

  • 2 bags kale (10-16 ounces
  • 2 bags spinach (10-16 ounces)
  • 1 small bunch of collard greens (10-16 ounces)
  • 1 small bunch of swiss chard (10-16 ounces)
OTHER:
  • Almond butter
  • Coconut oil, unrefined 
  • Coconut water (1 liter–32 ounce) 
  • 2 green tea bags
