FRUITS:
- 18 ounces raspberries
- 8 ounces strawberries
- 6 ounces blueberries
- 3 granny smith apples
- 2 peaches
- 1 avocado
- 1 pear
VEGGIES: (you can use any leafy greens)
- 2 bags kale (10-16 ounces
- 2 bags spinach (10-16 ounces)
- 1 small bunch of collard greens (10-16 ounces)
- 1 small bunch of swiss chard (10-16 ounces)
OTHER:
- Almond butter
- Coconut oil, unrefined
- Coconut water (1 liter–32 ounce)
- 2 green tea bags
