Day 25 green smoothie recipe
2 cups kale 1 cup Swiss chard 2 cups water 1 cup strawberries 1 peach 1 tbsp coconut oil I added a dragon fruit instead of peach and went easy on the coconut oil. Original recipe calls for 2 tbsp.
Day 24 green smoothie recipe
3 cups kale 2 cups water 1 peach (I added apple instead) 1 pear (I added kiwi instead) 2 tbsp coconut oil
